Located across from a hospital a national imaging company purchased this property that was previously owned and occupied by another imaging group. The property was attractive due to its location to a hospital and cost effectiveness of already including the infrastructure to support an imaging center. The national imaging company built-out a part of the property for its clinic and leased the remainder to another tenant. Doc Properties at NKF represented the seller in a transaction to a global private equity and investment firm. The property was in escrow when the pandemic hit, escrow was terminated, then reinstated and sold at the same price it was under contract due to the financial strength and creditworthiness of the tenants at the property supporting the long term cashflow for the buyer.

A group of providers partnered together in a property where they also occupied space in the medical office building as tenants. The MOB also includes a surgery center where several of the tenant owners operated out of as well as owned 49% of the surgery center operation. Therefore, the providers as partners in the real estate, tenants in the property and owners in the surgery center have a vested interest in the future of the property. The partnership decided it was time to monetize the asset and Doc Properties represented them in the investment sale to a Phoenix-based real estate investment company. The investment company opened a new division led by an industry veteran in the healthcare real estate investment industry.
